I have two different work areas in my studio. One side is for realistic landscape and portrait work and the other is for abstract work. I tend to create bio/organic art with a lot of movement. I often like to blend those styles with original subject matter. In my work process I bounce between extremes of fluidity and rigidity, then I attempt to refine and balance the two while keeping the intended emotion intact. I’m contradictory in almost everything I do in life, but I’ve somehow managed a balance in it all.

There’s always growth and movement. Nothing is stagnant. Music and nature are my muses. I’m currently teaching painting in all mediums at our studio in Cleveland.
